This is a very good running, driving and riding 'driver'! I've owned this car for 12 years and have replaced, rebuilt or fixed the mechanical parts that needed it. I must sell it because I just bought another Model A & wife says 2 is 1 too many!
The car is 6 volt, with Optima battery, 4 new Universal BW tires, Apple green wheels & accent stripe, combo Lebaron-Bonney & Classtique interior, Logo-Lites turn signals & Brassworks radiator. There is much more, but too much to list here. I can e-mail you a complete list of what has been rebuilt, replaced or repaired with photos of the car and answer any questions you might have. Nice 'Driver' that is fine for tours and pleasure driving.
I will promptly consider and respond to all reasonable offers/inquiries. Home phone 770-887-9548 or e-mail retiredevan@hotmail.com . $11,500

      Listing for a friend.

1930 Standard Coupe for sale. Elkpoint and Kewanee Green. This is a great tour car. Restored in the late 80's, garaged since then except when out on tours. Here is a list of most of what has been done.

Some of the things it has is a four row radiator, leakless water pump and 6 bladed fan, coolant recovery system, set belts, trunk istead of rumble seat 6 volt alternator, B carburetor, Brumfield head, C-10 clutch, a lightened flywheel, and a Mitchell overdrive. It has tubular shocks, a steering stabilizer, cast iron brake drums, fairly new brakes and tires. It has a CB radio and a separate 12 volt battery. It has sealed beam headlights and fog lights, and a second tail light.

All records, receipts, shop manuals and spare parts are included. Asking price is $16,000 and worth every bit of that.

This is a really special and rare 1931 Model A Steelback Victoria. It was sold new in Lowell, Mass. The second owner bought the car in the 1960s and drove it to western Michigan where it was sold to its first collector, Ernie and Wilma Smith around 1970. When the Smiths discovered the car, it was a great original car. The paint on the fenders was showing some wear as was the chrome on the bumpers. They repainted the fenders and re-chromed the bumpers and continued to carefully maintain and use the car and drove it to the 1972 and 1972 MARC National Meets. The car was once again put in long term storage and by 2000 had passed through the hands of a few more Model A collectors who were respectful of the car's originality and continued to maintain and preserve it. According to records, the original engine was rebuilt around 1998. Most recently, the car was shown at the 2013 MARC Lexington National Meet where it was given the MARC of Originality Award and judged 388 points-a testament to the car's originality and correctness. This is a great opportunity to purchase a rare and desirable Model A with a great history. The engine number is A4616329 and the body number is 190A-36249. The price is 26,500.00 and the car is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Please email: motoringicons@hotmail.com to schedule a viewing or for more information. Thank you. For Sale: 1929 Model A Ford Town Sedan, purchased from an estate that said this is original with 11,769 original miles.
The car is very straight and the bright work really shines, doors
close really tight, the body is very nice. The paint has a few issues around the hood. The former owner added an alternator, water gauge and battery disconnect. The car runs and drives great, the upholstery is original but has moth, mice and time damage. This is a rare find as these old cars have usually had engines changed, upgraded with accessories and repainted.

Will Swap or Trade                                                           (Ad #11306)

I am looking for someone who would like to swap a restorable 30/31 Model A pickup for the contents of a great woodworking shop. All my tools are high-end and very good quality items, well taken care of.

I am located about 15 miles west of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

If you have one and the woodworking shop contents offer appeals to you, let's start an email exchange to work out all the details.

    Wanted                                                           (Ad #11293)

Looking for one copy each of the 'Ford Industries' brochure from 1928, 1930 and 1931.
They are blue in color, staple bound and have around 63 pages. Ford produced these and I believe they distributed them to visitors of the Ford manufacturing facilities.
If you have one of the three I am looking for please call me at 303-885-6388. I am interested in buying them to complete my small collection.
