It may be fun to play with a bit, but I wouldn't run that way for more than a minute or so. Cylinder wall oiling depends on 1)sufficient impact velocity between the rod dipper and pan oil to drive the oil up into the rod bearings, and 2)sufficient centripetal force to flip and spray the excess oil from the con bearing journal end gaps and crank mains up onto the cylinder walls.
