i have had it close to this but all conditions were right. 75 to 120 RPM is probably closer to norm, that is all 4 cyclinders going through a 1/2 cycle or 1 full cycle is 2 revolutions per 4 cycle is 120 RPM, I have a 4 blade fan so it is easier to see the revolutions. the familiar puckity, puckity, puckity, puckity sound of a stock engine.
