poping sound

I have a problem that I can't solve, When turning to the right about half way between center and full right turn there is a poping noise. like something is bumping. I have checked everything that I can think of and can't find any thing wrong. When either wheel is jacked up just off the floor it won't do it. and It only does it when turning to the right both as you are turning and as you are coming back to center.
