Don't pry or push on the valves, you'll only risk bending, scoring or otherwise damaging them! Seafoam, Kroil, and WD-40 will not solve your issue.

You need the ream the guides, a drill bit is not a reamer! It sounds like your issue is clearance. When things get hot, they expand, and a valve stem and guide will expand into each other. This is why it works cold and not when hot.

Take the head off, pull the valves and ream them to spec!
