Remove the Sparks plugs to reduce compression. apply Kroil to the valve through the hole on the valve - repeat several times tapping the valve down as suggested each time. One may have to remove the valve cover and and spray kroil on the guide and stem. You may have to pry the valve up from the opened valve cover - then tap it down. Repeat this process. I ve done this with several engines and it has always worked for me. On one engine I did it twice a day over the course of a week before it finally was completely free.
