The cowl band is held with one 1/4" bolt that is attached to the band and it comes through the cowl near the bottom end of the band. If you remove the floorboard and reach past the clutch pedal to the left over the frame bolt you will see a 1/4 inch nut on an angle that you remove and when you have both off the band will come off. That is all that is holding the band on Larry
