look like this. I'm unaware of any factory hole through the center of the cap to the outside. I've seen several where someone has drill the additional hole through the center either because they were unaware of the venting down the side, or the venting was plugged and they took the easy way out. Hugh, does your cap with the hole in the center also have the vents on the side?
