Every radiator is pressurized to ~10 pounds as part of the testing in the production process. Radiators do not proceed with a visible leak. It is inconceivable that a solder joint as described in the posting existed and was overlooked.

This statement alone, makes me more than suspect. Been around the track to even begin to think that your organization is perfect. Unless you are doing every radiator your self anything is concievable. You got employees you have people that really care about only there paycheck. It only takes one. Wife burns toast, he is hung over, immagration is looking for him, what ever. All it takes is one time for an employee to decide, screw it, these guys are good and I won't test this one.
As far as freight is concerned why should I pay to ship you your junk. I already paid to get the junk. Send me a call tag and a return authorization number.
