lee You mean after this guy spent $800.00 on a radiator from you that was defective You want him to spend more $ on return freight so you can inspect it before you reimburse him the freight and repair the radiator. Think about it, He'out $800.00 on a defective radiator and you're worried about the return freight! Was it the customers fault that a seam wasn't soldered? Is that what you call customer service? A good vendor Would take care of it without a problem. Thats my opinion, Bill Brock |
