I bought a Brass Works radiator a few years ago before they changed hands. I believe the cost was less than $600. by the time it arrived on the door step. It performs flawlessly and I am very pleased with it. I am considering purchasing one for my other car. However, your post scares me off. The fact that the radiator had a flaw is not the problem, it is the apparent lack the customer support that is the show stopper. I am constantly amazed at how companies stay in business with that kind of attitude.

I was under the impression that the radiators offered by Snyder and Bratton were actually dropped shipped from Brass Works. If this were the case, it is an added protection, because I know either Bratton or Snyder would take action.
