Sorry to hear of your misfortune Ray. I bought a Brassworks rad three years ago and raved about it. That was before the place changed hands. I will be keeping a low profile from now on. The thing that chaps my hide is any guaranty that may have been offered is now null and void because you had no decent choice but to have it repaired by someone else.
