Rumbleseat Top

I recently purchased a rumbleseat top from an estate sale for my 1929 Roadster. Very neat little piece - striped canvas cover and fringe over a metal frame with a celluloid rear window. Rear metal frame pieces insert into the old hinge points at the top of the rumbleseat cover, then there are three straps that go over the top to hold the front edge in place.

The metal frame is in perfect condition, but while the original canvas is intact, its very fragile. I'm planning to see if LeBarron Bonney can carefully remove the original canvas and use it as a pattern to make a new cover to go on the frame.

I have never seen another one of these, and looking at the pictures in the Model A accessories book, it really doesn't look like any of the ones there. Closest is the Hampton cover on page 207. Its definately not a Tuxaway. Does anybody have any information on these, or own one?
